These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lapas ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"), available at lapas.tech and its subdomains (including dashboard.lapas.tech, booking.lapas.tech, card.lapas.tech).
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Lapas is a software platform that provides tools for businesses to:
- create public business pages
- manage services
- accept and manage bookings
We act solely as a technology provider. We do not provide the underlying services offered by businesses listed on the Platform.
2. Users
There are two types of users:
2.1 Business users
Businesses use the Platform to manage their services and bookings.
2.2 Customers
Customers use the Platform to book services from businesses.
3. Business responsibility
Businesses are solely responsible for:
- accuracy of their information
- services they provide
- pricing and availability
- communication with customers
- cancellation policies and enforcement
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services offered by businesses.
4. Bookings
When a customer makes a booking:
- the booking is created directly between the customer and the business
- the Platform only facilitates the booking process
We are not a party to the agreement between the customer and the business.
5. Cancellations
- Customers may cancel bookings according to the rules set by the business
- Businesses define their own cancellation deadlines and conditions
The Platform is not responsible for:
- cancellations
- no-shows
- missed appointments
6. Payments
6.1 Customer payments
The Platform does not process payments between customers and businesses. All payments are handled directly between the customer and the business.
6.2 Platform subscription
The Platform is available in two plans:
Free plan
- Permanent access at no cost
- Includes access to core Platform features with certain limitations
Pro plan
- €20 per month
- Removes Free plan limitations
To upgrade to Pro, contact us at support@lapas.tech.
To downgrade to the Free plan, use the subscription settings in the admin dashboard, on the profile page. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current paid period; Pro access remains available until then.
If a paid subscription lapses and is not renewed:
- access to the Platform may be limited to the Free plan
- the account may be suspended until the plan status is resolved
6.3 Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
6.4 Pricing changes
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated within the Platform or via email.
7. Account usage
Users must:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information
- not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- not attempt to disrupt or abuse the Platform
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Availability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability
- error-free operation
- that the Platform will meet specific expectations or results
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- we are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- we are not responsible for actions of businesses or customers
- we are not responsible for disputes between users
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- these Terms are violated
- the Platform is abused
Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
